Walking distance or short ride to all the action and great view.
We can hear the neighbors which can be annoying if they sleep late.
Overall, we really enjoyed staying at the hotel- the price was very reasonable and the location was excellent. The staff was friendly and our room was comfortable. I would stay at the hotel again and would recommend it to anyone. The only thing I did not like was wearing a bracelet from the hotel because vendors might be more attracted to you but I just took it off.

The location and views of the bay were amazing!
Some rooms are not up to par.
The hotel was very well staffed for its size. Unfortunately, our first room smelled like mold. The room had moldy furniture, a sliding glass door that wouldn't open, and chips and cracks on the furniture. Poor quality room. We complained and received another room which was much better. The AC was a lifesaver since it was 100+ outside. They have an adults only pools which allowed us to escape from the screams and cannonballs of the children. A negative was the wait to get an elevator to come to the 26th floor. read more

Overall it was a good experience, only think that I didn't like was that they had coffee bags but no coffee pot we reported but no one came to replace it or bring it up.

Front desk service fast accurate and friendly.
I
had to call 3 times housekeeping to have some towels in our room.
Great access to beach, close to restaurants, banks and gift shops, great location overall, the only bad thing was with housekeeping.

Rooms were not cleaned until 6-7 pm sheets not changed, stained bedding.
I think with some simple upgrades this could be a good hotel. The stained sheets, holes in towels, maids not changing sheets for entire stay of 10 days, made us unable to give it a good review. The location is good and most of the rooms have a great view. I wouldn't stay there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The location is convenient and although a little dated, the hotel is in decent shape.
The bathrooms are dated and the set up is more of a motel than a hotel.
The Crowne Plaza Hotel is well located with access to the beach. It is one of the older hotels in the area, however, some updates have been made. The room was spacious and we got a good view of the beach. The bathrooms were dated and the set up is not of an upscale hotel.

Great location if you want to be in the center of everything. Still regarded by the locals as a 5 star hotel. Ocean views are great. Pyramid shape adds to the enchantment! Lots of restaurants, shops & transportation walk by.

Tremendous value, dollar for dollar one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.
Only one worker spoke English and they didn't speak it too well.
The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were clean, it was in a fantastic location, and we had a great time! As I said before, dollar for dollar it was probably the nicest place I have ever stayed at.
