30 mins from central Antwerp.

Great hotel, but 30 mins from downtown. However, there is great bus service from here to downtown and to Brussels airport.

Friendly staff, bus stop outside hotel.
Not any restaurants nearby other than hotel.

Nice hotel overall. I am sure it will be better once the renovations are completed. While I was there, the fitness center was not fully functional which was a disappointment. Bus 17 and 22 go from the city center to right in front of the hotel.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly... price was great!
The shuttle to town only runs at certain times.

Had an excellent stay in Antwerp. Upon check-in we had a wonderful receptionist who found us a room at 10am. Reception were wonderful anytime we needed advice. Room was nice, clean and sufficient. Good mini-bar. Bar was great, lovely Belgian bartender, very friendly and funny. The shuttle bus only runs during rush hour and the public transport although right outside the door, did not seem very efficient or timely and stops at 11:30PM. Taxis downtown cost just over '10. read more
