The parking is atrocious. I had to park on the street.

The beds and TV were excellent; the sleep kit was nice.
House cleaning was inconsistent.

Attended a medical conference in Billings and stayed at the Crowne Plaza. On the downside, a man was stabbed while walking just a block from the hotel. Be prepared to park in the garage across the street, as there are inadequate surface spaces. Housekeeping did not service our room one day, but tried twice the next. They were very nice, however, and helpful. Overall, the experience was great. The hotel is close to the "south side," which isn't good, but the bed was great, the staff friendly, the TV loaded with options, and the appearance clean. Lastly, the workout rooms were empty, which I loved. I would recommend this hotel again, and I would stay there again. read more
