The staff was very friendly and helped me with directions.
Our room was very dark because our window faced indoors! Also, the bathroom fan was broken.

This was a nice hotel and comfortable to stay in, but was not 3.5 stars because it lacked the attention to detail that nicer hotels have.

The customer service was the best I have ever had.

The customer service was great, the breakfast was fabulous, and the bedrooms were very nice and welcoming.

Tiny bathroom; no place to put toiletries.

Excellent customer service at front desk. The bathroom was quite small, with little or no counter space to place toiletries. The hallways reflect the age of the hotel, but room was clean.
