Rooms too far from lobby. Hotel is very large and spread out. No refrigerator in rooms.

Rooms very clean and nice other than no refrigerator in room. Overall, we would stay here again and overall I was very impressed with everything. There was not fridge in the room.

The location was awesome, room was great. There was just no where to put water or drinks to keep them cold. Being on a business trip it is just nice to be able to have bottled water and keep it cold.

Location and parking - was able to park close by in bad weather.
I thought hotel had refrigerator in the room - it didn't - would have liked breakfast inclusion.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I was traveling with family for hockey tournament. Other parents asked about Crowne. I had to tell them breakfast and refrigerator / microwave in room was not part of the deal. They stayed in hotels that provided this. We would have used the pool, but didn't have time.

Our room had a balcony to get fresh air and to use for smoking to avoid smoking in the room.

Room was very comfortable with back door to patio area.
I liked everything about this hotel.

A true luxury hotel; it has many amenities. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Heat and air is controlled by thermostat. The hotel has great parking and the doors are secure. Staff is very helpful. Indoor pool with an island feel. There is also an outdoor pool, courtyard, and pond. The hotel has restaurant, bar and the room service.
