I liked the touches in the room and the bed.
I did not like the pillows on the bed.

The hotel looks like an older hotel that has been updated. It was clean and the beds were comfortable, however the pillows were too plump for me. The staff was great.

Unclear on hall and room diagrams where ice machines are.

Excellent place to stay, will return. staff was helpful and friendly.

No hot water available in hotel. Told us to walk over to health club next door to shower.

Stayed here once before when the hot water worked. A little off the beaten path but easy access to highway and restaurants and zoo.

Beds were comfortable and had a nice business center.
Ran out of hot water for third shower. Buffet was just O.K.

Nice Location in Dublin Ohio near Columbus. The staff is nice and friendly. Rooms are comfortable but make sure your room has plenty of hot water. Indoor Pool has
no spa! In a safe area and peaceful.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was very clean, updated and comfortable. The hotel was located in a nice area not far from the Columbus Zoo.
