It's clean the staff is polite plenty of towels big beds.
Too far from walnut creek.

Too near the Concord buchanan airport, cold lobby. Otherwise the staff is competent, polite, the price was right.

High ceilings, nice furniture, friendly wait staff, little gifts in the room (linen spray, etc).
Breakfast was expensive and not great. No ash trays outside that I could see.

Wonderful experience. Beautiful room, little welcoming gifts like linen spray on the bed, nice modern amenities, big open lobby with nice touches like a fireplace and fountain, nice high ceilings and friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was clean, upscale, very comfortable and enjoyable.
Maid missed a day of cleaning (pre-thanksgiving day).

I found the hotel staff to be quite friendly and the rooms to be very clean and comfortable.

Dirty halls and dirty room, do they vacuum?

Nice Hotel, could be a lot nicer with some ambitious employees, clean the hotel and grounds!

Free parking, free internet, nice room.
Lack of hot water in the morning, ice machines didn't work.

The room was very nice and comfortable. Bathroom is small but didn't ruin my stay. It was shaky getting hot water some mornings. The hotel lounge was closed for remodel that an employee told me wasn't going to happen anytime soon. The ice machines on all three floors were out of order. I had to go to the restaurant to get ice. I stayed ten days and it didn't get fixed until the last day. Great location. read more

My favorite hotel in the Concord area. Great enclosed public area with
ponds and lighted trees.
The luggage carriers are cheap and falling apart literally. More upkeep necessary.
