The staff was very courteous and helpful. When there was a situation, they took care of it immediately.
The pool was on top of the sixth floor. My kids thought that this was awesome. The water was not very warm, which I did not find to be awesome.

The Crowne Plaza Hotel in Denver though older, recently remodeled. The staff was wonderful and the rooms were very nice.

Parking cost $18 a day.

Extremely happy with location of hotel in downtown Denver. Also, the concierge was extremely helpful.

Good location for entertainment.
Small room, no refrigerator where it obviously used to be.

I am sure they have better rooms than what we ended up with. I feel we received a lesser room due to the amount we paid. I realize that a lot of places charge for parking but I thought $18.00 a night was a little much for the type of hotel we were in.

The rooms were attractive.
They charged us $20 for another bed and the maids didn't clean well.

The hotel took awhile to check into then they charged us twice as much for parking as across the street. The elevators needed keys to go up to the rooms which was added security but also annoying. The rooms were very attractive and the hotel was located very close to the Pavillion Mall off of 16th street. The maids did a horrible job cleaning the room and they charged us $20.00 extra for wanting two beds in the room instead of one (which on priceline says they guarantee two but the hotel manager argued with us until we had to leave~1 hour!). All in all it was a good hotel but needs better staff. read more
