An excellent place to stay, one of the best in Greenville.
The food and beverage prices were so high we went elsewhere to eat.

Of the dozens of times and places we've stayed in Greenville this is the second best we've ever had. Neither the Hilton nor the Hyatt Place exceeded the Crown Plaza. A few years back, the Hyatt Regency was a little better, but not now.

The indoor pool was perfect for the kids. It was cold outside.
Room service was expensive.

Nice hotel for family located in a prime area close to mall and other shopping centers.

It was extremely clean and the linens were very comfortable.
There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room.

All areas of the hotel that I visited were extremely clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and the linens were very comfortable. The only thing that we really missed was having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. If you feel like having a nice dinner, there is a Ruth Chris Steakhouse in the hotel. Sorry I can't review Ruth Chris. The prices were a bit high for our family of four. It would have been nice for a romantic weekend, however. read more

Cleanliness, friendly staff & everything conveniently located.
I would have liked a fridge/microwave in the room. Also had to go to another floor for the ice machine.

The staff was very friendly & went out of their way to help. The cleanliness of the room, lobby & halls means so much when you're traveling. Business room & Wi-Fi is very convenient for the business traveler.

I loved the room. The bed was comfortable.
I hated the entrance of the hotel. Outside of the entrance door of the hotel was horrible.

The stay at the hotel was great, with the exception of the smokers and drinkers outside the entrance door of the hotel. This was a definite turn off and I was surprised to realized the hotel did not have a designated area for smokers and drinkers. I have no desire to stay at this hotel ever again.
