Very close to old town and across the street from the bust station.
If you walk, takes 15 min to get here from train station.

The hotel was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was great too - they had half off drinks between 4-6PM and we took them up on that offer. The only thing is that the pool area is very warm - almost like a sauna but the pool itself is a perfect temperature. The room was also very spacious and clean.

Unable to regulate heat - was hot at night.

Good location, well-maintained and excellent staff helpfulness. We had a room with 2 double beds for 3 people - the beds were a bit small. Only real complaint was that we couldn't get the temperature down in our room for sleeping at night, even after the hotel sent in maintenance. Since the hotel follows the convention of using only a comforter on the beds, we couldn't go with just a sheet. It was "all or nothing." ...read more

Great hotel located within walking distance to everything you need. Great location for traveling to business meetings in Walldorf.

Accessible to main train station, and the old city.
Booked a room for three people but given a double. Too cramped.

Didn't feel like I received true value for room-rate. Booked a triple, received a double (there was no room for a cot/sgl bed) Room was very clean and attention to detail was evident. Lobby personal were very professional and overall the hotel was as advertised.

Room was comfortable and hotel location is quite convenient.
Hotel does not have own parking for guests. We had to pay for parking.

I would rate the hotel as 3+ stars. Rooms are comfortable and Hotel is quite conveniently located in close proximity to the Marienplaz. Club facilities and services were quite a good addition to our stay. The only inconvenience is the parking.

Cleanliness, location and friendly and helpful staff.
Not enough room for three open suitcases. Space was a bit cramped at entrance of room.

The Crowne Plaza was a wonderful hotel to end our stay in Germany. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location of the hotel is excellent. The only complaint would be the price of the restaurant - we elected not to have breakfast there and found very reasonable alternatives close by.

The food was exceptional- in particular the Saturday night lobster buffet was a must hit!
Too many additional costs for items such as WIFI and parking.

A very nice hotel located in the heart of Heidelberg. Great for shopping, eating, sightseeing, business and nightly entertainment.
