Lots of space, big room, comfortable bathroom, and attractive décor.

The hotel exceeded my expectation - the room was unexpectedly large and was very well appointed, with a spacious bathroom (heated floor was a nice touch). Exercise facility, pool and sauna were a very nice addition and seemed well maintained. Well though out connections build in the work table for in-the-room work. The business center on the other hand was small and I had a problem with online access and printing from one of the computers (the other seemed to work okay). Location was a bit out of the center, but definitely not far - two tram stops or about 10 minutes walk). Peaceful and no noise. Also, the location should be extra nice in the summer with the park and the lake right across the street from the hotel. read more

We were allowed to check in early after a bleary eyed all night drive to get one of our party to an early morning flight. The room was great! This hotel is within easy walking distance of all the attractions of downtown Helsinki. Awesome experience.

This is a first rate hotel in the heart of Helsinki. It had an excellent Athletic Club in the building, with a fine indoor swimming pool and Finnish Sauna. Couldn't have liked it better!

Helpful front desk - nice view of the park - nice lobby.
No shuttle available to the airport - breakfast not included in price and was very expensive.

For the price, this is well worth it. It is within walking distance of the main downtown Helsinki shopping area and market. Across the street is a lovely park and lake. Could walk around it on the path in about 45 minutes - probably 2.5 miles or so. We were asked if we wished to purchase breakfast for 21 Euros each about $32.50 US. Instead we opted for a 7-11 type market for about $5 for both of us and enjoyed the free coffee and tea always available in the lobby. Has a nice gym and sauna for about $18 US per day. read more

Very good staff who were very helpful and courteous.

Hotel was great value for money. Great location with staff who were helpful and courteous. Room was spacious and very clean. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
