Very near to Heath row, which is what we needed.
Bathroom needed more lighting.

The hotel met our expectations. It was easy to get to and easy to return to the airport. Bed was comfortable and they had a nice looking restaurant and bar.

24 hour bar and room service.
Had to pay for airport shuttle. We had to pay 17 pounds for a 5 minutes phone call to USA.

Beautiful, clean and spacious rooms. Bar and in-room dining available 24 hours. The Hotel Hoppa is 4 pounds per person to and from the hotel and not free like I was led to believe.

The hotel is minutes from the entrance to Heath row.
They charged extra for online check in.

This was a nice clean hotel right by the entrance to Heath row. They do charge extra for using their computer for online check in. They also charge extra for parking. The rooms were nice, with a nice working area. The vintage CRT televisions gave the room a cool 90s retro look.

Staff, expecially Milosz, was exceptional, Personal service and great at making us feel important and at home.
The placement of the shower curtain in our room needs to be fixed.

The hotel is "fairly" convenient to Heathrow and for the price, an excellent choice for an overnight between flights or if business takes you to the area. Factor a 15 pounds sterling for cab ride or car hire to get to hotel and from hotel to return to airport. The staff was very responsive and curteous, the room we had was spacious, and quiet.

Needed a nice hotel for an evening layover between flights, & this hotel was perfect.
The exterior of the hotel was rather unattractive, but the interior was great, which was a pleasant surprise.

The room was clean, attractive, and the bed was very comfortable - which is what I needed for my layover between flights. I had a nice meal in my room and a great night's sleep.

Location to Airport.
Outside appearance of the hotel is horrible.

If you were judging this book by it's cover, you would never stop to see if they had rooms available. I thought I was being dropped off at the wrong place. Fortunately, the inside, is nothing like the outside. Decent place to stay, but only because of the location to the airport.
