Caters to American taste/tourists/made stay comfortable.
Little far away from main attractions; hard to find.

Hotel was built in 1950's, it looks much older. Staff was friendly and helpful. Caters to American tourists and tour groups. Free internet was very helpful. Would recommend, however it is a bit far from main attractions. Was comfortable stay for family of 4.

The staff service wasn't really up to par.

If this hotel was listed as a 2.5 star, that may have tempered my expectations. However, it's not a 4 star hotel. We were sent to room that had people in it. The staff was not really that friendly. I don't think I would stay at a Crowne plaza again.

Great looking hotel.
A little out of town.

Nice hotel, a little bit far from town but easy to get on public transport to get anywhere in the city. Nice hotel for the price.

3 stops from city center.
Unfriendly staff, small rooms.

Even if this hotel is not far from the city center, I would not recommend it. Check-in and out were awful. At least 15 minutes each. The room was well kept but really small (two one person's bed). This hotel has the same rating as the Renaissance. Proof of that : it is rated 4 stars in Prague and the Renaissance 5 stars.

Overall the hotel was further away from the old city that I would have liked. The room and hotel was older than expected and although it was a pleasant stay, I will not be staying there again.
