Safe, Friendly, Upscale.
No shuttle service worth speaking of.
Clean and upscale, hotel restaurants were clean but expensive. $16.00 a person for a mearge breakfast buffet. Shuttle service is limited unless your with a big group like Southwest Airlines.

Room storage and bathroom double sinks.
Internet and television controls did not work, Poor bath lighting.
Nice comfortable hotel. In room storage is excellent and double bath room sink is a nice touch. Technology for internet should be wireless and free and work. None were the case. Nice tropical atmosphere. You will get stuck with an extra 13 dollar charge for parking.

The entire experience! The atmosphere, the rooms, the pool, all of it!
It was sort of far from the zoo and any stores such as Target, etc.
I had booked this hotel on Priceline for a celebration of sorts the week before my son started kindergarten and I wanted it to be special. It was special from the moment we walked in. The front desk attendant was so at ease yet very professional. He was very personable and just wonderful as far as information and welcoming attitude. The room was wonderful! I was incredibly pleased. Many pillows per bed and very large double rooms. Very comfortable beds. The pool was super fun. My son had a blast. They even put balls and toys in the pool area for the kids to play with. The restaurant was superb! Food was a way bit pricey but definitely amazing. We went there in our lounge clothes after a day in the pool and were made very comfortable. I was so surprised with the quality of the people and the hotel, it even has a tiki area for people to lounge in in the middle of the hotel. Amazing experience. I would do it again in a heartbeat! Actually, I'm waiting for another opportunity to go to San Diego and stay just so we can stay there. read more
