The Crowne Plaza Hotel Valley Forge is the premier hotel in the King of Prussia area. Bathroom could have been bigger.

They pool and hot tub area.

This hotel is very comfortable and appealing for any traveler. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of choices.

Numerous dirty room service trays from previous guests outside rooms when checking in.

Great location, clean overall. Makes you feel like you are in a fancy 5 star hotel. Stayed on club level, but didn't get any special treatment. Several dirty room service trays sitting on floors in hallway from previous guests when checking in at 4pm. Several staff members in hallways, but that must not have been their job.

Sofa couch/bed was uncomfortable.

Great experience. Restaurant was very accommodating with good food. Nice, clean place to stay and convenient to the mall and turnpike.

The pool is part of Bally's which is not family friendly.

The room was spacious and nice. It appeared clean and the linens were nice. However when we opened up the sofa bed there was trash in it, the linens hadn't been changed. The hotel gave us a free buffett breakfast. We were able to fit a portacrib in the room also. The pool is not for families.
