Comfortable bedding, Adjustable shower head.

I got in late and left early in the morning, but it was a great night's sleep on a comfortable mattress and bedding. The hotel is clean, well appointed and the staff was friendly.

Centrally located for Rockville, Gaithersburg, Silver Spring. Rooms were quiet.
The interior rooms facing the atrium - not enough natural light and could not open the curtains without loss of privacy.

The rooms were very nice, though the design of the hotel is poor. If you stay in one of the rooms facing the atrium, (about half the rooms)you can't open the curtains without losing privacy to anyone who walks by in the atrium, and there is not enough natural light when you do open the curtains. Good location. They did not have a portable refrigerator for the rooms or a mini bar in the room, so no way to keep things cold. Only the suites had refrigerators. Not enough towel racks. read more

Very quiet.
Needed a bar fridge.

Nicely appointed, very comfortable beds, reasonably spacious rooms. Good gym facilities, and staff were generally helpful. I enjoyed all about the stay except how it was so out of the way.

Decor and the
staff.
The air conditioner was having problems; and the parking was limited.

Cleanliness of facility, free Wifi.
Poor layout of room floors, parking inconvenience, cramped bar with poor service.

I do not recommend this hotel other than as a place to sleep. The majority of the hotel rooms are far, far from the elevator so hallway noise is minimal. The downside is excessive walking to get to/from your hotel room. Also, the Atrium is a poor bar with nothing on tap. The wait staff is stretched too thin between the bar and the restaurant to provide decent service. The food is a little better than expected. read more

The room was very spacious and clean. It was a very comfortable room and bed.
They had trouble with their computer charges and I had to pay cash for my dinner and breakfast rather than charge to the room.

This hotel is not real easy to find because it is located in a short court; however, it is very quiet and a real nice location once you find it. The rooms are spacious and the decor is very attractive. The staff is very helpful and nice to work with.

Location.
Dark, dreary and disappointing.

This hotel showed up as a 3.5 star facility. It is pushing it to give it 2 stars . The hallways are dark, the rooms are dark and the walls are paper thin as you can here everything going on next door.

Great price for good accomodations.
Parking not close to main entrance for evening checkin.

pdated and close to everything we need in the Bethesda/Gaithersburg area. We do this trip 2-3 times a month - usually at Marriotts, which are too expensive now for as much time as we would like to spend there with family.
