Hotel is nice but this time I was given a room which was meant for handicapped people. The toilet seat was way too high and things were not appropriate for non-handicap person. It was quite uncomfortable.

The transportation (shuttle service) within downtown area is great. The attendant was really cool. Didn't get his name, but he was great!

Could hear elevators running throughout our stay.

Clean rooms with friendly, attentive staff. Elevators need updating to eliminate noise in rooms. Complimentary shuttle service to and from nearby locations is very helpful. Weekday parking a little pricey, weekend parking very reasonable.
