$16 charge for self parking!

The front counter staff were nice but kept letting people walk up to the counter disregarding the line formed in front of them. I didn't like the $16 self parking fee. And the restaurant was good but very understaffed.

Very pleased with this hotel. Convenient shuttle from airport, pleasant staff, very clean and attractive. We had a very good breakfast in the restaurant and waiter was wonderful. I Would definitely recommend.

Convenient to freeways and near SFO.
Charge for parking. Charge for wireless. Nonsmoking room unavailable.

Come' on folks. Charging $10 a day for a wireless that is slower than a snail in a salt mine is so 1990s and an insult to the business traveler. Charging for parking at a hotel more than five miles from a city center is being petty. Only one AC outlet at the desk. This is not a business friendly hotel.

The cleanliness, decor, and comfortable beds!
Paying to park! $16 a night was unexpected expense!

The decore, comfy beds were great! I was a little disappointed about the paying for parking!

Room was modern and appealing. Nice to have a tub as well as shower.
Couldn't set clock in room, so couldn't use alarm.

Excellent location near SFO. Modern, clean rooms; good room amenities. Would stay again.

Affordable price.
I was charged a day's price for few hours extension beyond my check-out time.

The hotel was clean and tidy. Affordable price as it is away from downtown and closer to airport. Courtesy shuttle service makes it easier to go to airport. Also, excellent local transportation makes the job easier to travel back and forth between the hotel and the downtown or other attractions in SFO.
