The hotel was clean and neat (almost sterile). Friendly staff.
The WiFi did not work and this was an inconvenience.

I was please with this hotel. It was well suited for business but not so much for family. The hotel was in a good location and easy to access. I would recommend having your own transportation as the hotel shuttle only goes back and forth to the airport.

They apologized and moved us. Just nasty that I should not have had to seen.
Gross, disgusting toilet. they came and cleaned and apologized and moved us.

Unsupervised housekeeping This room should have never passed if it was in fact ever inspected.

My room had a toilet leak upon arrival. Water was on the floor in the bathroom. I phoned the front desk to report. They told me they were going to send someone to my room in 5 minutes. No one ever arrived during our stay. Upon checkout, I told the front desk manager that no one had seen to the leak so I had to resort to using the towels available so the water would not run into the carpet. We were compensated with complimentary breakfast. The bathroom door was too close to the toilet and would drag on the floor. Other than that all was as expected. read more

Quiet with spacious rooms.
They did not offer a complementary breakfast.

This is an older hotel, but is in great shape. The rooms are large and comfortable. The coffee in the room was of great quality.

Location, and nice room but no maid service at all.
No maid service even after bring it to the hotel staff attention.

Great place to stay, however a total let down of service, NO MAID service for two days, and I let the staff know I didn't receive maid service the first morning after.

Good location. Staff was very cordial.
Maybe isolated but had a cricket chirping all night from within the wall. Carpet seemed a little dated.
