It was convenient to and provided a free shuttle to the airport.
There was a strong smell of bleach in the lobby, then the room smelled musty. There was dust on the wall and stained carpet.

The only thing positive about this hotel is the convenient location to the airport and free shuttle. The only reason to stay here is if one has a layover for a flight the next morning.

There is nothing to rave about. I should have chosen Holiday Inn.
No security. Someone banged on our door at 11:15 PM tried to enter.

This hotel is NOT convenient to LGA. There is no security. Someone banged on our door at 11:15PM and tried to tell us he was from engineering to fix our a/c. There was a do not disturb sign on the door, too. I refused to let him in. Called the mgr, who did NOT apologize, and told us someone called from our room for no TV. This was untrue and after he checked came back to the phone and he said it was an "honest mistake" and still didn't apologize. read more

Towels outside the door, dirty air filter.

It was not 3 1/2 star quality, the staff made up for the hotel, children running through halls at 2 in the morning no staff to control the noise. Housekeeping didn't bring towels upon asking. Enjoyed the bar, bartender friendly, the concierge friendly but the hotel was not what expected. Sadly disappointed.

Not a very good area around the hotel.

Not comfortable area near hotel, not very good place to go out and eat. Room was satisfactory, but definitely didn't exceed expectations. Convenient to Laguardia for early flight. People were more concerned with Airline folks than regular customers.
