Good location.Close to sites and transportation.
Double bed not big enough.

Would stay here again but would prefer a queen or king bed. Lots of pubs and restaurants in the neighborhood. Close to underground station.

It was in the perfect location and the concierge staff was excellent.
Television?

This hotel is just a short walk to Buckingham Palace. It is a beautiful hotel with wonderful rooms. Yes, they were a little small but that is to be expected. The restaurant was in a garden area that was beautiful.

Location - two blocks from Buckingham Palace, four from Westminster Abby.
Charge 15 pounds for internet . Clerk did help me get e-mail once without charge!

Really an awesome experience, so close to what we wanted to see. Had coffee maker in room with cookies, comfortable beds, large room, very friendly staff. I couldn't ask for more.

The lobby was beautiful.
Our safe and
TV in our room did not work.

We had a horrible experience at this hotel. We were upgraded to a suite which we were excited about. We arrived in the room and it's huge,, however everything seems really out of date. The safe and the television did not work when we arrived and the next day there was a church service going on outside our window which woke us up early. On the flip side, the bed was the most comfortable bed
I had slept on throughout or trip and was very centrally located for touristy sites. read more

The reception area was nice, concierge services were more than adequate, room was clean.
Room was in terrible need of an update was not up to Crowne Plaza standards.

With so many hotels in London, I would not recommend the one. The rooms and bathrooms were in dire need of updating. It was very clean and I enjoyed the setting but this room was not of the the quality I expected.
