good value. Restaurant menu has limited variety. Room on 14th floor took a long time to get hot water.

Based on the carpet and furniture in my room, I can say this is a very well used hotel. Regardless, everything was satisfactorily clean and the staff was very good. I wouldn't choose this place as a vacation destination, but it serves its purpose well as an airport hotel.

Very nice hotel staff that will try his/her best to make your stay a positive one. Free shuttle from airport to hotel.
Room was filthy! The carpet was so stained I was afraid to take my shoes off. The heater didn't work & air conditioner turned on middle of the night.
This hotel could have been nice, but they need a very serious make-over. I was here in Nov 2009 and the front desk told me that they were do for a face-lift in Jan. 2010. If done right the hotel could be great for the business traveler.

The rooms and hallways are VERY much in need of repair and renewal, it was a 1 star experience going into my room and the room itself.

Nothing.
The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything all night long!
It was horrible! It was old, stinky, and dirty. The carpet in our room was totally stained. There was mold in the shower. It was just plain nasty! I was so glad we only stayed one night. That was way too much.

No hot water for shower at night (at 10:00 PM) during my 3 night stay.
This hotel certainly isn't a 3.5 star.No hot water for shower at night, and the repairman seems to know this long term problem. This problem lasted 3 consecutive nights of my entire stay. Broken lamp shade and peeled wallpaper make the hotel room look bad. Also when you walk in there is a smell in the room.
