Good location, nice room, friendly staff.
Bathroom door broken. Lights did not all work.

The hotel was clean, everyone was very friendly. There were some loud people arriving very late.

Need to tip every time the car was retrieved from lot.

Hotel/ Room reminiscent of its Holiday Inn origin. The remodeling adds a lot in bathroom fixtures, furniture, and color scheme to raise one's expectation of a Holiday Inn.

Clean, nice interior, modern, romantic, beautiful lobby, great car service!!, very VERY comfortable beds, sleep package with earplugs and eye mask.
Price was too high, as in all Chicago hotels, price for parking $35 overnight too high.

Desk clerk was friendly and efficient, but not knowledgeable about area restaurants and attractions. Room was very clean and nice, nice view from balcony, nice bathroom, modern fixtures and nice decor, the beds were extremely soft and comfortable, close walk to shopping and dining, wake-up service available, restaurant looked nice, very expensive as is the case for all Chicago hotels, parking lot overpriced at $35 per night, checkout too early at noon, but overall nice place to stay. read more

It was convenient, clean, and comfortable.
The staff was not intimately familiar with the neighborhood.

This hotel delivered very well for its price. It was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone.

Management made the most out of this property and location. Nicely updated, inviting and friendly staff.

This hotel is within walking distance of Greek town, China town & the sears tower.
The Crown Plaza in IL. didn't have shuttle service, or swiming facilities at the hotel or continental breakfast.
