Very convenient for the training class I attended across the street. Nice rooms and comfortable bed.
Concierge could have been a bit more helpful on the phone when I was lost trying to find the hotel. The
GPS on my phone was not working.

I liked the location.
I thought the carpet in the room was tragically dirty.

The hotel, while very regal in the lobby, lacked something in the room. My overall impression was that it was an older facility that had great curb appeal, but came up a tiny bit short of perfection in the rooms.

Location to downtown.
NA.

Dirty bath rooms, no vent in bathroom, food tray in hall from check in to check out, noisy at night.

Price, personnel, location.

We originally were going to stay at the Red Roof Inn; We were attending a family wedding that was already going to be quite costly for us. The red rood could not provide FRI/SAT so we had to start looking around (we live in Gloucester and needed to be in Nashua for both Fri for the rehearsal dinner and Sat for the wedding, Imagine our surprise when the Thank you Crown Plaza for making this very special occasion so memorable. We will reccommend you to everyone that will listen! read more

The room themself was decorated very nicely.
The pool area was shared with a health club.

The convenience of this hotel is wonderful. It's easy to get to from the highway and the surrounding area is filled with shopping and restaurants. The rooms are decorated in an understated elegance and we found the bathroom to be clean. The hobby and banquet area are very nice and the restaurant look very nice though we opted for room service instead of dining there. The food from room service was passable. I think we would have done better by ordering from one of the many restaurants in the area and bringing it back to our room. The biggest disappointment with the hotel was the pool area. It was shared with a health club which really takes away from being a hotel guest. The whole pool area needed a lot of TLC. The lining in the pool has seen its better day a few years ago. It was pulling away from the corners which and was loose on the bottom causing wrinkles which were uncomfortable to walk on. It was just a mess. The Jacuzzi was closed for repair at the time we were there. It looked like there may have been a fresh coat of paint on the walls, but that couldn't distract anyone from the horrible condition of the pool and peeling plaster on the ceiling. I was really disappointed because the pool area had the possibility of being a great space, but instead was kind of nasty. read more

Good price on rental movies.
Poor service and poor accommodations

This hotel was so far below my expectations it was amazing. The tub drain was broken when I got there and the cable in my room went out on the 2nd day of my stay. After reporting these things both were fixed, with little apology for my inconvenience. Then when I came back to the hotel on the 2nd day, there was a note on my pillow addressed to someone else; they had placed it in the wrong room. I took the note to the front desk, and again there was no apology for the inconvenience. Then, when checking out on the last day, I reviewed the bill and found a charge on the account that wasn't mine, for a food purchase in the lounge. I brought this to the attention of the front desk, and again upon checking with the lounge and discoing it wasn't a correct charge, there was no apology. The bed in the room was hard and uncomfortable. My room was across the hall from the elevator, so I heard the elevator ding all night. All told a very disappointing experience. I travel to this area on business about 4 times per year, and I won't be staying here anymore. read more

Very appealing lobby, restaurant and conference room.
Individual rooms were dated - needs updating - cleaning of the corners.

Overall nice hotel however the individual rooms need deep cleaning and updating. Bathrooms did seem updated.
