The beds were extremely comfortable.
Sink had crack. Toilet always ran. Tub had mold in the tile. No complementary breakfast for a 3+* hotel.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was located right off the interstate but was difficult to get to we stood for 5 min before someone came out of the office to check us in. Bathroom looked like it was from the 1970's. I was not impressed & would have asked for a new hotel if it wasn't late at night.

Good price, close to mall and restaurants.
Odd location.

Visible from highway but tricky to get to. Lobby area is updated and impressive. Pool and exercise room look nice. Room updated nice. Some of the hotels age shows in plumbing fixtures, hallways and elevators. Nice hotel and good price.

Beautiful lobby.
Smelled bad.

Overall not a bad place, but a nice lobby, lots of bed linens and pillows does not make up for being a ran down old smelly hotel. Most of the staff were very nice but not all. For the price I cannot complain too much.

The heater was not working! It was very cold the night we stayed. The water in the shower would go from hot to cold and there was no pressure in the shower.

Our had only a small window in the upper corner of the wall -- like a basement. You could not see through it from the floor. The soap dish had mold.

I think they are trying to get my on a shoestring. It shows in the maid service and cleanliness of rooms.

They did have a nice pool and a very nice weight room.
The rooms were definitely not a 3 star room. They had a smell.

The lobby was very nice but then was disappointed when we got to the room. It was not of a 3 star. It had a smell and the beds were not comfortable or looked very clean. In the past we have always been happy with the room we got.
