It was comfy and quite clean.
The pool was not clean and the layout chairs were a bit dirty and worn out

Overall the hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The cleaning service did a great job.

We arrived the day before my birthday, and my wife told the front desk supervisor about it, wow, after checking my ID (D.O.B.) we got an upgrade to a suite (really sweet!), 2 full breakfasts courtesy of the hotel, a courtesy drink at the bar! I mean this people know how to make you fell like a million bucks!

I was pleased to stay at an upscale property for the price of a moderate hotel. Included amenities like paper, extra toiletries, and coffee.

Friendly, clean, helpful, location to the airport.
The airport flight monitor was incorrect.

I read the reviews on Priceline. Almost all the negative comments were wrong. The service to the airport was great. The staff was very efficient.

Only the swimming pool and fitness center! The bed was comfortable!
This facility is extremely out-dated, dirty, and does not meet 3-star .standards!

The carpet and decor was extremely outdated, my bathroom vanity sink and shower did not drain well at all, there was a bad aroma throughout the hotel, the modem in my room was outdated and defective, according to hotel help-desk IT support. Overall, the common areas were dirty and unkept. I was so disappointed that I reported my concerns to Priority Club Corporate, as this facility surely does not meet 3-star Priority Club/Crown Plaza standards! read more

The hotel was in a really good location, we got a shuttle to the airport, the staff was very nice and the bed was great.
