Crowne Plaza Philadelphia Downtown

I called for bag assistance and waited 20 min. when no one showed up I did it myself and since I am disabled another guest helped me. The night I was checking in I called because I was lost and was put through to an machine and got a call back the next morning(I was already getting ready to check out).

When the hotel room comes complete with a pair of earplugs, I had a feeling this was not going to be the place for me. Sure enough, the bathroom had mildew in the tub, there were large scrapes on the walls, and the walls were paper-thin. I used those earplugs at 1:00 am when I heard every conversation that walked past my room, not to mention the screaming children. The queen hotel room was nice but it was a little small....I did enjoy the service but it seems like you had to pay for everything....even breakfast was $15 and I could only choose a bagel and juice. I did not like the fact that we were charged to park in the hotel garage $33 a night even though I was a guest.

Downtown location. Fast check in.

It's an OK business traveler's hotel, period. Nothing really wrong with it (other than peeling paint in bathroom and light fixture installed at an angle) but nothing particularly nice either. OK value for what I paid, though.
