I called for bag assistance and waited 20 min. when no one showed up I did it myself and since I am disabled another guest helped me. The night I was checking in I called because I was lost and was put through to an machine and got a call back the next morning(I was already getting ready to check out).

Close to most things in downtown.
Rude hotel staff across the board.
The beds were the worst i have ever slept in. the hotel must be old, i could hear the conversation in the next room while the tv was on.

Location
We checked in at around 2:30am and the Staff was very friendly. You don't really expect people to be "on their game" at that hour. The room was great, but everything seemed even better because of your staff. Valet attendants to housekeeping; everyone we passed said hello. That's what makes a great hotel exceptional.

Great bar.
They tried to put us in a smoking room.
Great bar and coffee shop onside. Location is Downtown and price was right.

Location.
Parking was difficult, because I refused to pay the $33 per day hotel parking rate.
The hotel itself, room and restaurants were quite good, but the lady front desk manager was arrogant and autocratic and needs sum management training. The parking was ridiculously high, that spoiled the whole hotel experience for me.
