Location and airport shuttle.
Everything seems worn out.

Room key were twice not functioning, need to get down to lobby. Only face soap for first night, then missing soup totally one night. Face tissue not replenished.

I liked the room.
The bathroom needed an upgrade and a higher toilet.

This is a lovely hotel however the area in which it is located doesn't have any choice as to food establishments. The hotel restaurant only has a buffet breakfast which isn't convenient if you are a time schedule.

The bed.
The radio/alarm clock was impossible to deal with, at least for me. It is clumsy and challenging. An unnecessary adventure at bedtime.

This is a comfortable, clean and friendly hotel with a wonderful bed. I would have liked to have had help available with even my small amount of luggage. Even that small amount (1 piece) along with my necessary cane presented a possible danger to me when using the elevator.

Friendliness of the staff and ready to assist with any needs.
Our room the second night was not quite as good, but okay.

We would come here again and recommend it to others. It was close to the airport and they provided complementary airport transportation (and offered bottles of water to the passengers.) The first night our TV remote wasn't working. They quickly replaced it and followed up with a phone call to be sure the problem had been settled.

Parking and location.
Pool closed for repairs.

The pool is one of the reasons we stay this hotel, we did not find out until checked in and that the pool was closed. Very disappointing as we enjoy sitting by the pool in the evenings and swimming for exercise.

Staff was excellent. Extremely helpful and friendly.
Entry area dirty and smokers polluted the area up with smoke and cigarette butts.

Staff very nice. Room nice and clean but maids did not replace towels each day. Elevator to parking areas disgustingly dirty. Business" center lacks privacy and keyboards filthy. Neither free coffee nor breakfast like every other hotel I have stayed in the past.
