Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Far distance from downtown Pittsburgh.

The hotel is located near the airport but far from the city. The staff was very helpful. For business travelers the hotel is convenient with a lounge and coffee shop for breakfast.

The beds were very comfortable.
Nothing worked in the room/TV, coffee maker.

The room when
I checked in which was after 3.30pm was blocked by maids cart there was no shampoo or soap in the room and very little toilet paper. I did receive the supplies when I saw the maid about 10 minutes later. We then went out for dinner and after returning I turned on the TV and found it did not work so I had to call maintenance. They did resolve the problem. The next day I tried to use the coffeemaker and it did not work. It was a disappointing experience for me and my daughter. read more

I loved everything! Exceeded my expectations!

The room was beautiful, bed was comfy, food was great (love the Chicken Caesar Wrap), service was A+. The shuttle took us & picked us up from anywhere we wanted to go. This hotel should definitely be a 4 star. I will stay here again!

Conveniently located to airport and family, overall clean, modern, well kept.
No continental breakfast for on the go, no coffee in lobby available through out the day/evening.

The hotel as we expected - clean, comfortable, beds very comfortable - queen size would be better than double but we made do. We appreciated that there was a Thanksgiving buffet in the lounge as we were not with family that night - good job - bartender was excellent. We would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and would stay again.

Entry to hotel from the street was a little rough.

Very nice facility, a little older but still nice. Lots of pilots and airline personnel staying there so we figured a good place. We had the Thanksgiving buffet there with a group of 10 and were very pleased with the meal and overall quality of the experience. The room maintenance staff we're awfully nice as well.

Front desk staff was fantastic.
Very noisy. Thin walls. Housekeeping vacuuming during night hours.

This hotel offered very friendly service at the desk. The room was much smaller than expected, and the walls seemed very thin leading to a noisy experience. The housekeeping staff was vacuuming other rooms in the hallway as late as 9:00 pm, making it very unpleasant. Following complaint, the front desk relocated us to an executive room, which was quieter and outfitted as I thought all the rooms should have been. That said, even the executive room was not well cleaned before we got there. read more

I liked the location of this hotel,
easy to find.
The room was very nice. I am partial to a modern styler however. The style was more classical.
