Location; free parking; quiet room (I requested beforehand).
I had booked and confirmed directly with hotel a Standard King room and was put in a room with two uncomfortable doubles; didn't sleep.

I requested a quiet room. I was put in a room with two small beds, a very noisy fan, doors coming off the tracks of the closet so you couldn't open/close it, and a running toilet. I told the front desk the next day I was not happy about this. They allowed me to move into the King room I've booked and confirmed to begin with, which meant I had to repack and move again. I thought they could've at least offered me a cup of coffee or a breakfast voucher for my inconvenience, but nope! read more

Location isn't bad and the place isn't all that bad, just dated and not adequately maintained.
Dated. Poor maintenance. $10 daily internet fee uncalled for. Limited parking.

In its day it may have been a nicer property but fancy lobbies give way to lackluster rooms with maintenance issues. The ancient heating unit either roasted or froze you. It was noisy. Weather stripping on door was falling off. A little mold on tile grout. These are things people who are in those rooms every day should see and correct. The $10 daily internet charge is way outdated and parking is a bit limited. This place isn't horrible but there are other properties nearby that are better, such as the Hilton Garden Inn next door where usually everything works as it should and the WiFi is free. read more

Clean and great location.
No room fridge for drinks, limited cable channels.

I've stayed at the Crowne Plaza twice now. The rooms and facilities are very clean and the beds are quite comfortable. Location is great right at where highway 217 and I-5 join and lots of nearby restaurants to walk to. I only wish there was a room refrigerator to keep drinks in and there were more cable channel choices.

Location
Noisy, broken closet doors, missing
AC knobs.

The staff and location was excellent. The room was noisy, the ac knob was missing, the closet doors were broken, and the maid bothered me every day. The TV in the next room was loud at 2 am. I asked them to fix the ac and closet for the first three days I stayed, it never happened and I gave up. The room did not cool down well at all.
