Fairly convenient location to walk to all the local attractions.
It's in bad need of a remodel and far from the freeway; parking fee is exorbitant for its location.

Overall it was OK. I'm glad I didn't pay full rack rate for this hotel. The wall paper was peeling off the bathroom wall, things just look tired and old, but it was still fairly comfortable and convenient if you plan on staying in the area as a tourist.

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean lobby area and room.
$20 for parking in the hotel parking lot, not a great view from handicap rooms.

This hotel was very nice and clean with a beautiful fish tank in the lobby, friendly and helpful staff. The pool and spa were closed due to renovations which we were not informed of prior to our stay. Coffee maker was in the bathroom, not what you would expect from a 3.5 star rated hotel. Parking in the hotel parking structure was $20 and again not told of this prior to stay. All in all we would stay there again. read more

Expensive parking, uncomfortable bed, loud.

The bed was very hard, and the walls very thin. Also, the refrigerator was so loud, we had to turn it off when we went to bed. There wasn't much effort to hide electrical cords, which was unsightly, and not great for those traveling with children.

Staff was very friendly - rooms are spacious - nice location.
Needs refurbishment, carpets in hallways soiled, bathroom tiles in rooms stained. View from room was the rooftop of the lobby - not very attractive.

The staff was very pleasant.
Expensive parking, moldy shower, long way from elevator, dirty carpets, and ugly views of the flat roof.

Would not call this hotel upscale at all. The only thing upscale was the $20 fee to park the car. It's a sprawling hotel with few elevators that are miles from your room. Desperately needs a face lift. Carpets are very stained and dirty. Shower cult all moldy. All the views from our wing are of the BIG, ugly, flat roof.

Hotel was more business like. Not ideal for leisure travelers. Shower was not working well.
