Clean and close to everything not walking distance to Disney Land but was close.
Our room was located next to the elevator and they had a wedding going on the parking lot was far away.

The beds were very comfortable.
The parking situation was terrible. The room safe was too small.

The room itself was fine. The beds were comfortable and all of the amenities functioned. We enjoyed watching The Disney Channel on the large flat screen TV. The room safe was too small to hold our video camera, laptop computer and other valuables but I understand there is another safe located at the front desk where such things can be left. There was no refrigerator (other than the locked minibar) but I understand that refrigerators can be rented for an extra charge. The maids were rather stingy with the soap and shampoo. read more

The bed was very comfortable.
The $12 extra that they add on for a resort fee for things I would expect to be free!

The bathroom sink had a hair in it and one of the hand towels were dirty when we checked in! I didn't want to complain at the time because I was on a weekend trip with my husband and didn't want him to be angry, we just wanted to try to enjoy my time together but I was very upset. And I was not happy at all about the so called resort fee of $12 extra a night! Why is this the only resort that I've ever had to pay extra for? read more

The hotel was very nice and clean and comfortable.
I did not see why we had to pay $12 for parking. There was not any special parking facilities and I felt like our car was not particularly safe.

The hotel was very clean and very comfortable. It's location was great! We were minutes from Disneyland

comfortable.

Stayed with my husband and two young children for our Disneyland trip. Great free shuttle to the park twice an hour. Thinking my kids would be pretty tired from our days at the park I didn't bring much in the way of toys so the phone and clock radio became toys. The fridge has a lock which is good cause once you pull something out you have bought it. Learned that the hard way with my two year old. The only thing I would say is if you are staying with young children brings some extra entertainment. All in all fantastic stay and would stay again. read more

Breakfast was buffet only, very expensive and poor quality.

Great room service and hotel. They need to do something about the breakfast situation - bad food and very expensive.
