Hotel is in a prime location, great food within walking distance and great transportation for nearby attractions. Parking is in a dark, unsafe lot in the back of the hotel with an unsafe walk to entrance.

The friendliness and promptness of the staff.
I couldn't find a single tissue in the entire room.

This hotel is lovely. The staff is very friendly, greeting as every time we returned or left for the day. When I told them our toilet wasn't flushing properly they had someone ready to come fix it right away, which was about 11pm. That and 2 other small issues were all the negativity I experienced. One was that I could not find any tissues in the room anywhere and the other was that our coffee maker shut off randomly mid-brew. Nothing major. Overall, I was extremely pleased. read more

Close to disneyland and universal studios.
Too many noisy kids; unpredictable hot water in the shower; poor parking; hotel across from target; inattentiveness to detail by staff.

The best thing about this hotel was that I got a great deal from Priceline. Everything else was mediocre. Though parking was free, there weren't enough spaces. The hot water in the shower was very unpredictable...I almost ended up with burns on my back...the water was cold most of the time. The staff never paid attention to detail - the shower curtain was missing a few rings so it was a toss-up between keeping the water from coming out to the floor (safery issue!!) or anticipating when the hot water was coming on. read more

Convenient location.
Shower broken, TV problems with service, AC worked intermittently.

Nice hotel, getting older and needs some attention to details. Last stay was much better except same t.v. problems. AC didn't work quite right in this room and you could not pull up the shower button. They didn't seem to care.

Too small, no kitchen at all and they charged an additional $12 per day! I did not expect something and smalled than a 2 star.

Small and inconvenient.
