Sheets and pillows with unwashed and stains.

Nice hotel with convenient location. Friendly front desk staff. Decent size room with 2 beds. Amenities include coffee maker, iron + board, internet. An imposed $12 resort fee includes internet, fitness facility, parking and pool - a ploy to get more out of their customers because not everyone uses the internet, has a car, or feel the need to use the pool outside in the winter. What is most disturbing however is the cleanliness of the sheets and pillows in the room. Just on one bed alone one pillow has dirty marks, and the other has a light brownish stain on them. The thought of bedbugs was not pleasant during my stay! The bathroom has the appearance of being cleaned although the bathtub is in desperate need of a resurfacing job. No soap was replenished on my 2nd day at this hotel. read more

The hotel was very nice and clean and comfortable.
I did not see why we had to pay $12 for parking. There was not any special parking facilities and I felt like our car was not particularly safe.

The hotel was very clean and very comfortable. It's location was great! We were minutes from Disneyland

it was very clean and neat.
The extra $12 fee they tagged on after, and the "fee" tv internet was not free.

Great place, plan to lower your bid an additional 12 per day if you want to really get what you are trying to buy cause they tack on a stupid, gotcha fee.

Rooms look nice.
Not a resort. Just a hotel with a pool. Lobby filled with timeshare sales people. Dirty carpets.

Shuttle to Disneyland is nice. The parking lot for this hotel is very far away. Fee is not fair. This is a hotel with a pool not a resort!

Centrally located, very clean, and friendly.
Very little parking available. Needed to valet park to be anywhere near the hotel.

Very nice hotel with many nice amenities. Strong 3 star hotel, potentially 3 1/2 stars. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Beds were comfortable and the furnishing was new. We had two rooms with a connecting door which was great for a family of 6.
