The fireplace in the lobby was very pretty.
Old dirty fire doors between buildings.

Its okay but I would not stay there again.

Rooms were nicely decorated with comfortable beds.
Had to walk a long way down 2 long halls with our luggage. No bell hop available.

has a nice presentation. The front desk staff are nice and friendly. The concierge assisted with directions over the phone since this is a really tricky hotel to find. Not in the best location but nicely hidden down a long wooded road. Some of the other staff are not as polished. The waiter we had for dinner at the dining room with the large fireplace was very young and seemed inexperienced. The service was very poor. Otherwise, we enjoyed our room and slept comfortably. read more

Location is hard to find - but - it's quiet & very convenient to downtown.
Restaurant was mediocre, no continental breakfast.

Quiet location, a little hard to find, but very convenient to downtown - and they have a reasonable shuttle that runs from late morning till 11 pm. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The toilet seat was huge - weird complaint, I know - but it required creative seating!

Old hotel, elevator, fridge, decor, and not in downtown.

This hotel was bought as a downtown hotel even it is definitely not in downtown! Without a car you can't reach downtown on foot. The hotel itself is a former Holiday Inn which has been upgraded by IC Hotels to Crowne Plaza Resort. Except the lobby area and a restaurant with open fire place. Everything of our room was old, dated and worn except the recently renovated bathroom (partly). Old carpets, old elevator, old doors, dirty balcony (water from AC) etc. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. read more

Upgraded us to king executive suite.
Inconvenient location and construction on going.

For a place to spend the night, as a leisure traveler, it was great. This is not a vacation location, though. Concierge service not convenient with hours 1pm - 6pm. Staff helpful, generally. Construction on site does not make it attractive. There are some corridors open that should be blocked.

Presentation upon arrival great. Rooms marginal, bath small. Little extras. Bar full of cigar smoke. Restaurant - canned food.
