The bed was very comfortable and linens we awesome!
The bathroom was very nice
but small.

Beautiful setting and the room was
great and what a bargain! Wednesday night they had a wine and cheese reception and they have room service too. Did not eat at the hotel but menu looked good. I will definitely stay there again!

No AC outlet for computer in room.

Free parking. Free strong Wi-Fi. Shower nozzle pressure OK, not super good. Very close to Downtown. Great work out/fitness area. ac is window unit and is a little noisy.

Very pleasant view from room with sliders to a charming patio and greenspace
Desk personnel miscoded my room key so i was locked out after a day, stood in long line to get it changed when i was hungry & had lengthy walk to room

It exceeded my expectations for the cleanliness and condition of the room, pleasantness of the view and overall peacefulness. I was frustrated at the carelessness of the front desk person who coded my keys so they locked me out at a very inconvenient time after one night when i prepaid for two. I waited 10 minutes behind slow family groups to get anyone to help me, then had long back and forth walks to distant room due to their lack of professionalism in setting up electronic keys. read more

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
TV in room didn't work and golf course was under construction.

This will be a beautiful place to stay if the current in-progress renovations are completed soon. The hotel and grounds were a little run-down, the television didn't work, and the golf course was in horrible shape - but everyone was friendly, helpful, and the omelet was out-of-this-world good!

Food was very good..
Business center was hard to get into as kids were always on line. Internet service was
bad.

Good location. Nice rooms. Bad for business as net service didn't work most of the time. Also one day they closed the entrance for resurfacing. People couldn't get into the hotel for meetings with me.

Wonderful check-in process. Great staff. Concierge and shuttle drivers were especially helpful.

This beautiful hotel is off the beaten path, located on a lovely golf course. A warm welcome with cookies and bottled water greet guests. After reading some of the negative reviews, I was concerned, but our experience was perfect! Couldn't ask for better accommodations and environment.
