The Location was good and access was easy.
The Air Conditioners in the rooms were ineffective and annoyingly loud.

The Crowne Plaza is an old hotel/country club that has been updated by pasting on amenities. The rooms were fairly clean, but felt and looked old. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The Bathroom was okay, but very small. The hotel utilizes the in-wall heating/AC systems and they were ridiculously loud and not very effective. Also wall outlets are hard to find and very inconveniently located, plugging in a computer was difficult. Hotel food was well below average. I would not recommend eating on property and the staff was apologetic about the quality. We used the pool, which was heated, clean, and in good condition. However it is very small for a 'resort' level property. read more

Fantastic amenities.
Main entrance was understated and difficult to see from the highway.

Beautiful, fantastic amenities for the golfer and tennis player. Beds were comfortable, grounds were immaculate, restaurant was a bit pricey. The food at the restaurant was superb! Disappointed at lack of hot tub.

Comfortable and clean.
The pool was not available as there was no lifeguard.

It was a nice hotel. There was a lot of construction on the premises which gave it a feel of a construction site. Inside, everything was recently updated. The room was really clean, the hotel was quiet. I would have preferred to have a buffet breakfast as well. The pool was unavailable as no lifeguard was on duty at 10:00 am in the morning. For a family traveling with children, this was very disappointing. read more
