The beds were great, the facilities were really clean, and the staff was excelled.
One small elevator and it was very slow.

I had stayed at this location twice many years ago when it was the Great Smoky Hilton. I thought it was great then, but actually it looks better with age. A lot of construction with nice upgrades has taken place.

The facility itself is first
class in every respect; lovely views and great staff.
I stayed two nights and found nothing whatever to complain about.

In my opinion, this hotel lacks for nothing. I found it clean throughout, conveniently located, extraordinarily cited view-wise, and the staff and restaurant were fine in all respects.

It's an OK hotel, a step above some, but certainly not as nice as the Crowne Plaza hotel in Nashua, NH.
