Excellent quality.
Small bathroom, but clean and updated.

The experience at the Crowne Plaza far exceeded our expectations. This was a comfortable, clean hotel with wonderful customer service.

Only the price.
Hotel did not follow through with what was promised in the room.

Elevators too small and too few. Room was not thoroughly cleaned from previous guests. Continental breakfast should have been offered, what I paid for was poor quality. Hotel hard to find and dangerous to turn into because of short notice before turn-off. All in all, poor quality for the money.

Tickets for Biltmore.
Maid service rummaged through our luggage, staff unable to assist us with contacting manager.

We were expecting a great weekend in Asheville, upon arriving to hotel we were still optimistic. However, upon entering the section that was reserved for us, disappointment set in. TV was outdated, no DVD player (important for modern families). It was just not as nice as we had expected.

The hotel it self was clean and well decorated. Very nice room and over all escape feel. Close to all area attrations.
The resort is under construction- no golf or tennis.

The overall feel of the hotel itself was great. The staff was somewhat helpful with tickets to the Biltmore. The night staff however seemed to bothered when you asked questions. My breakfast ticket as not picked up. The food was good and the atmosphere was nice. Fun bar with pool table and fireplace. I would go back again - maybe when the golf course is finished and the tennis courts are open. read more

The beds were very comfortable.
The presence of law inforcement officers with dogs patroling the hall ways & barking in the middle of the night was not appriciated & cold showers.

The hotel was under construction and there were a few nails sticking out of the carpet in one of our rooms. We were also disturbed by dogs barking in the hall way in the middle of the night. The showers were luke warm at best. The restaurant staff was impeccable and we really enjoyed the fire burning in the huge stone fireplace in the lobby all night. The beds were very comfortable & the mini fridge was quite convenient. The staff was also very friendly & kindly gave us a late check out with no hassle. read more

Located close to downtown.
Dirty, gloomy, and not what I expected from the Crowne Plaza family of hotels.

I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Convenient, nice linens & great bed.
It seemed old, dark, elevators small dark.

It was ok, I would stay there again, but you did not get the Zing.

The sleep system was great.
Hard to get to, very confusing location.

Wonderful large room with extra nice bedding. The sleep system is an added bonus. In room wireless worked great. Room also had coffee pot and small refrigerator. I would stay there again.
