The lobby was spacious and the staff was friendly.

The accommodations were top-shelf as though top price.
There was not one thing negative that I can write.
This hotel is ideally located on the beach for the resort traveler and close to 278 for the business traveler. The amenities for all age travelers are well planned and easily assessable.

High daily resort fee.
This is a nice property in good condition. It is comparable to other 4 star resorts in the area. The grounds are nice and the room in good condition.

Wonderful hotel, comfortable beds and beautiful location with easy access to the beach.
Maid service was not good. Left dirty cups in room.

Close to beach and quiet facility.
Room was a little dirty: pillow case had stain, table was sticky.
Hotel is very nice. $12 daily fee is a little ridiculous considering the cost per night. Pool, towels, internet service should already be included in the price. I didn't even have a computer with me, but had to pay for the service?. I would stay again due to location and the atmosphere. I'd just deal with the daily fee.

The hotel was very nicely appointed. The grounds were particularly lovely.
I did not appreciate the "resort facilities fee" of $12 dollars, added to my bill for items like a newspaper, which are typically standard in a resort
The Crowne Plaza was a nicely appointed resort hotel. The grounds were lovely and manicured precisely. There was a very nice workout room and indoor pool. The proximity to the beach is hard to beat!
