Beach resort in nice area of Hilton head.
Nice hotel, great location, and helpful staff. Okay room, uncomfortable beds. Nice lobby.

Nice location on the beach and surrounded by great bike trails.
This hotel had a great location on the beach and was surrounded by miles of bike trails. Good security in the gated community that was always patrolled by local police. The hotel itself is just old and in need of a serious makeover. The rooms really show there age, hard beds, and old stained bathroom fixtures. I would not call this a resort, just a three star on the beach. We were unable to get a view that did not overlook the rooftop full of very loud, vibrating industrial air conditioning equipment. Our first room had a balcony that was level with the roof top and had a AC unit about five feet away from the railing, unbelievable. No way we could sleep in the room much less enjoy any time on the balcony. I would be furious if I paid rack rate(starting at $229 per night) and got that room. read more

Great location, and the beach.
Too much for the valet parking – and there was not enough self parking.
This is a top hotel. I found some negative reviews prior to booking, but my concern was unfounded. I cannot find much to criticize other than the need for a better quality bed, and their $13 resort fee although this includes WiFi which most other hotels charge for - so I guess it not too bad.

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.
The walls were thin and you could hear everything. Surprising for a 4-star. The extra $13 charge was unnecessary.

Convenience of parking, and comfortable beds.
Hotel is starting to show it's age.
We definitely got our money's worth, but it doesn't really seem like a four star resort anymore. The facilities have really been down
and the staff wasn't overly helpful like they usually are in nicer resorts.
