Top notch bell persons,
very helpful for an old lady.
I attempted to make wedding party special rates, which everyone else had. No co-operations from their reservation desk.

Nice clean room,
moderate in size and luxury,
over priced and not an attractive part of town. Excellent staff (bell hops).

Hotel staff were excellent.

Excellent location in downtown Richmond with friendly and most helpful staff. Rooms were very clean, well appointed, with decent city views.

We asked for a smoking room and were not given one.

Everything is great except we didn't get the smoking room we wanted. That's not a small issue in a big sky rise hotel.

The bathroom was amazing! Very classy, not like any we've seen before.
The mattress was lousy.

Overall a nice place, but watch out for the mattresses. The one we had was was too bouncy and soft.

Beds, sink in center -
not good for 2 people.

This hotel was fine - I don't recommend sharing a bed since they slope to center. Staff was lovely and helpful. Best for business use.

No fan in the bathroom.

It was in a good place, clean and looked very nice.
There was no refridgerator whether mini or large.

I will definitely be revisiting this hotel. It was nice, spacious and extremely comfortable.

Great bathroom facilities, nice mattress on the king-sized bed.
Did not have an outdoor pool, did not have a great view of the city.

The hotel was very nice - the staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was convenient to both downtown and the interstate.

The location was convenient to downtown. Easy to get around.
Had to pay for parking.

The hotel is upscale and is in great location downtown Richmond. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
