Crowne Plaza Richmond West

Very nice appearance with an even nicer staff. It was a very peaceful place to spend the night.

Quite attractive. Clean and comfortable room. Too bad we checked in after mid night to really enjoy this lovely hotel.

This was a great experience. Everything was great, price, room, cleanliness, location. The only small issue was the indoor pool was not heated, so it was cold.

Nice hotel, rooms were average size, double beds instead of queen sized (this is fairly rare in my experience these days). Room seemed clean, friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. The room we were given had only half of a window with no view - it looked out onto another wall of the hotel.

Overall the hotel was very nice and the area was perfect for someone visiting for the first time. However the hotel restaurant (room service) was poor. The breakfast food was cold and they mess up my order. Also they could have more kids channels.

Although the room was clean in appearance, the air was choking from prior smokers; making sleep impossible. The room was also situated above the reception hall, which was hosting a party, so all the noise filtered directly into the room. Finally, the hotel itself is old and in need of major repairs. I noticed several light bulbs not working, floor tiles cracked, and carpet stains. This hotel, in its current condition, is far from a three star. We were placed on a floor that was soon occupied by scores of twins who filled the hallway making a racket well into the night. Staff should have first not placed them there and second, should have been more conscientious in controlling them.
