The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was helpful.
Pool was way too cold, and hot tub was broken.

Hotel was convenient to university of Richmond. It had a nice decor, and was very clean. The bed, and pillows were very comfortable. Towels were nice, and thick. Best hotel in the area!

Room was nice , sleep Cd, eye mask ,ear plugs nice.
The noise that easily came in from hallway/ice machine.

We were there after the snowstorm and power crews from other states were staying at hotel. 6-7pm until 11-12 pm we heard them loudly come in then leave again. Other than this it was a nice stay.

It was an older facility, and one outside door by the stairs was not closing properly - unlocked.

It was a comfortable stay, with friendly, helpful staff.

The hotel staff was excellent and very helpful.
The hallway was dark and dingy.

We're from the West Coast, and I was taking my daughter to Richmond for college. I was thrilled that they also had a washer and dryer on the premises so we could wash my daughters sheets, etc. They also provide a room with a computer to check emails & print out tickets, another bonus.

Dried hair found on shower walls.

This hotel was very accommodating. We were traveling with 3 teens and one child and had adjoining rooms. The rooms were fresh and the look was updated. All in all the hotel seemed very clean.
