Clean attractively decorated room with good view.
Iron was broken, bathroom tub faucet/plug broken.

Wasn't as close to our destination (Vatican), but made it work anyway with public bus transportation.

Too far from tourist sites.

Nice room, with two double beds in each room. Beautiful pool. Free bus into town and to airport. Long way from tourist sites. Hotel bar and restaurant were overpriced.

The "Spa" was closed for renovations. I was very disappointed.

I found the staff to be very kind and helpful. The room was big for Rome, which was a bonus! There was a bus stop right outside the hotel very easy to get in and out of city central. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

It was clean and had a selection of English television.
Restaurant selection.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Although the hotel was not close to the main Roman attractions, the shuttle service was very convenient. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again.

The rooms were spacious, well decorated and comfortable.
The walls were thin - heard a baby crying next door.

Excellent hotel. Very happy with the service at the front desk and with the amenities. Our room was a Superior King, and it was very spacious and had great decor. The washroom was also large and very clean. Loved the balcony and the view of the pool. Only thing I didn't like was the location. A little out of the way. By the second trip into Rome central, however, we had the bus and subway system figured out and it was easier to get to and from the hotel. read more

The hotel was all I expected it to be and the indoor pool and spa were great, especially after a long day of sightseeing!
The fact that the wireless connections were so expensive.

The hotel was bright and staff were all friendly and helpful, especially due to the fact that I did no speak any Italian. They helped us find connections to were we wanted to go for the day. The indoor pool and spa were very relaxing at the end of a long day of sightseeing!
