We loved the mattress, pillows and sheets!
The lobby seemed busy at the time.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this Crown Plaza it was convenient and just felt good staying at a 3.5 star hotel for the price!

The hotel is located near the North Star Mall and overall good restaurants in the area.
I did not like the fact that when I returned back to my room at 3:30 my room was still not done up. Had to call the desk to remind them.

The hotel was nice but did not like the room taking so long to get done up especially after I came in to rest at 3:30 and everything was still unclean. They told me that they still had until 5:00 pm to get the room done. You have to go from floor to floor to get ice and drinks because they have the machines alternating from floor to floor. Had to take elevator back and forth.

Fabulous work out room.
Noisy doors, noisy neighbors!

I would have liked to have had a free continental breakfast--the restaurant was over-priced and when toast was ordered with breakfast, only one slice was brought. But the hotel/room was still a good value for the price.

Very helpful and professional staff. Also, left jewelry by accident and it was turned in to be returned to me! Wow!
Our room didn't come with refrigerator or microwave, but was brought to our room when we
requested.

Extremely nice on the inside, cozy lounge and restaurant. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were nice, clean and spacious. It was very quiet and we stayed Saturday and Sunday nights. The outside look of the hotel does not do the inside justice.

Location.

I enjoyed the ease of checking in and out but the location of getting on and off 410 in San Antonio was a little confusing.
