Crowne Plaza San Antonio Riverwalk

Clean hotel that would be a good deal in a better neighborhood with mediocre, over priced restaurant food.

All the people was very nice, the room was clean.

Room was nothing fancy but the rest of the hotel was very nice.

You'd expect the internet service would be free. The staff wasn't friendly and the cafe was extremely expensive. I will never stay there again.

The hotel was an excellent value and was extremely clean. The hotel staff was very accommodating. Free WiFi was available in the lobby, but you had to pay for it in the room. It was with-in walking distance to the Riverwalk restaurants, but you had to walk for a while. I'm not sure if I would have wanted to make the walk late at night.

The room was very comfortable, lots of pillows , great view, bathroom was excellant, towels were plentyful, the hotel bar was a friendly setting, the breakfast was tasty. Loved the fact when you check in they call to make sure you have everything you need. I would go back on my next trip.

There was no hotel security! I was able to park in the self park across the street, take an elevator from the lower level to my room floor without being seen or having to use my room key card. This is not very safe considering the car rental repr. stated that San Anatonio was not safe after dark. I did not feel safe!
