Good location to downtown.
The sink and tub did not drain properly.

Overall, this hotel was nice. The plumbing issues were more of a nuisance but not too bad. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. Parking was not very convenient.

Service was poor. Staff was not helpful and sometimes rude.

Would not recommend this hotel. Understaffed and unfriendly. Location is far from the activity on the Riverwalk and was a little scary at night.

Swimming pool, access to Riverwalk and Market Square.
Door would not close without force.

Overall it was an excellent stay. The main part of the Riverwalk was a good walking distance away. The boys loved the swimming pool even though it was a little chilly in the evening. Not crowded. Went during Fiesta festival. Front desk could have been a little more accommodating with suggestions of where to go around town.

The housekeeping for our room.
Room service prices.

The first 3 nights there was a big convention/reunion. We didn't get much sleep because they were extremely loud, usually until around 5:00 a.m. We were there because our daughter graduated from basic training for the Air Force and the ceremonies were all scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. The last 2 nights were very nice. I just feel they should have kept the other guest for the reunion on the same floor so the rest of us could sleep. read more

Friendly, helpful staff-great breakfast at reasonable price.
Many things were broke-elevator, ice machine.

Decent location, rooms were nice, yet small, staff was great-restaurant and bar were good food and good value, but hotel could use some better maintenance - ice machine broke, elevator to river walk was roke.

Far away from the river walk businesses.

You'd think it's closer to everything on the river walk than it actually is. We had to walk a pretty good distance to get to any restaurants or bars.

The people were very friendly.
I had to pay 25 for a roll away bed they did not have double beds.

The hotel was nice not the best hotel but nice.

The overall appearance of the hotel.
The room service staff was rude. We had to wait for more than 30 minutes for one bucket of ice only because the ice machine on our floor was not work.

When we first arrived at the hotel we were extremely impressed, with the lobby, bar area, restaurant area, and the room. The bartender in the hotel was extremely nice and friendly. I can honestly tell that was probably the only good experience as far as the customer service. We had to keep calling room service to get ice only because the ice machine on our floor was not working, and when we did call to request ice, the operator on the floor was rude and asked why we didn't just go to machine and I had to explain to her why, and in a very rude tone agreed to have someone bring it up to our room. Then, it even took more than half an hour to get that. The bartender in the pub, mike, was also very rude and arrogant. Unfortunately due to the experience with the customer service that we received there, this will be last time we stay there. read more
