Conveniently located to freeways, shopping and entertainment.

This hotel is located in a great location for freeway access and is just minutes from the Great mall of Milpitas. The beds are very comfortable and the restaurant on the lobby level serves up decent food. However, my room (King mini-suite) did not have a microwave or mini-fridge, there was only one bathrobe made available (I booked the room for two adults), no DVD player was available and the TV is an old, smallish tube model (it's 2009 - at least put Vizios in the room). The selection of in-room movies was very good and the room and bathroom itself was exceptionally clean. read more

Comfortable bed.
Not conveniently located near restaurants.

Basic Crowne plaza – comfy bed, tube TV, coffee maker, but that's about it. There is an Asian shopping plaza within walking distance but no other restaurants off property. Several ball teams were staying at the hotel for a tournament but we requested a quiet room and the front desk complied. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel is pretty clean and neat. I didn't know they have a swimming pool that's a plus. Over I enjoy the stay in Crown Plaza.
When we went down in the middle of the night to get some stuff from the car I didn't see anybody in the front dest. It creeps me out a little.

The hotel stuff was nice. The front desk was helpful. They didn't have toothbush and to toothbaste and etc...in the bathroom. But on the piece of paper it wrote that if they need it just call the front desk. They were prompt to service our needs. The stuff bring it up to us in less then 5 minutes. So like that very much fast and like service that's what we get from Crown Plaza. Thank you. read more

Next to Cisco, a Chinese shopping plaza and restaurants.
Internet is not free.

Internet is $10 a day. This hotel is aimed at business travelers to the SV who don't care about expense. For personal travelers Internet must be free. Will not choose Milpitas area again because of this.

The Crown Plaza is a nice place to stay, the hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is small, but adequate and enjoyable.

I liked the convenience to restaurants and the freeways.
The bed was too hard for me. My husband thought it was great, but much too hard for me.

The staff was very friendly and prompt. The room was a great temp and very clean. The bed was a little hard for me but not for my husband.
